The Boardwalk Hall Box Office powered by Atlantic City Electric hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (other weekend hours are contingent upon events). The Box Office accepts cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover. The Boardwalk Hall Box Office is sponsored by Atlantic City Electric. The Boardwalk Hall Box Office powered by Atlantic City Electric is located in front of the building and is fully accessible from the Boardwalk.
Tickets being held for customers at the Will Call Window will be available for pick up beginning four hours prior to a show. Guests picking up tickets must show photo identification.
Ticketmaster has an option to pick up tickets ordered through the Internet and phones: "In Store Pickup". Now, customers will be able to visit any area Ticketmaster outlet to have their tickets printed for them any time between placing the order and the day and time of their event. Customers can use our new Ticket Center Locator Tool on Ticketmaster.com to find the nearest surrounding retail location (this tool can be found at: http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/stateselecttcenters.html?tm_link=tm_retail_header). Customers must present their order number, picture ID, and the credit card used to place the order at the store to claim their tickets. Ticket Center representatives will then swipe the credit card to print. In Store Pickup is available for every transaction, including TicketExchange, Auctions, and orders using Shopping Cart.
