Door Times
Door times for all special events range from one hour to 90 minutes prior to showtime, depending on attendance or the type of event. For door information call 609-348-7000.

Search and Prohibited Items
In an effort to insure the safety of all persons attending an event, the management will conduct a voluntary pat down search of each ticket holder and their property prior to admission. Those persons not wishing to submit to a pat down search may obtain a refund at the box office and leave the facility.

Tickets
Please note that no person will be admitted into Boardwalk Hall without holding a valid ticket to the event. Tickets to Boardwalk Hall events can be purchased at the Box Office and through Ticketmaster, by calling 800-736-1420, at ticketmaster.com or at a Ticketmaster location. Boardwalk Hall is not responsible for any ticketing discrepancies that arise from third party brokers, scalpers or non-Ticketmaster transactions or counterfeit tickets. All ticket sales are final.

Please note that if you purchase hard or TicketFast tickets through a third party, we cannot guarantee your tickets are not stolen or counterfeit; we cannot replace stolen tickets; neither the venue nor Ticketmaster can contact you in the event of cancellations or rescheduling, and you are supporting a practice that hurts the true fans and general public who wish to purchase tickets at face value.

Wheelchair Accessability
The restoration project to Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall was designed to provide enhanced accessibility for our disabled patrons. It is now fully compliant with the American Disabilities Act of 1990. Our restrooms and concourse areas are easily accessible. Special wheelchair seating is available for those who require it for all sporting events, concerts and shows. Guests interested in purchasing wheelchair accessible seating should call 609-348-7803. Our Box Office will return your call promptly to inform you of all seating options and handle your ticket transaction.

Guests who previously purchased tickets in non-wheelchair accessible areas, and whose needs require wheelchair accessible seating during the event should visit the Guest Services office, located on the second floor Concourse.

Wristband Policy
As a result of great demand for certain shows, the Boardwalk Hall Box Office staff will issue wristbands in order to reserve places in line for purchasing tickets. This policy allows patrons to avoid having to line up at inconvenient hours and helps ensure their safety. Guests planning to purchase their tickets at the Boardwalk Hall Box Office should be prepared to pick up wristbands prior to the on-sale date. Wristbands are available at the Boardwalk Hall Box Office during regular operating hours. The box office will stop distributing wristbands at 5:00 pm on the Friday prior to the onsale. Wristbands will not be distributed during the day of the onsale.

Please note:

A wristband guarantees the holder a place in line to purchase tickets; it does not guarantee a ticket purchase or specific seat location.

In order to pick up a wristband, photo ID is required. One wristband per person.

On the day of sale, those wearing wristbands will be served first, regardless of any line. A lottery system will be used to determine what wristband number the line will start with. For example, if number 44 is drawn out of the pool of assigned wristbands, then the person wearing wristband 44 will be first in line with number 45 lining up second and so on. This ensures that everyone has an equal chance of obtaining tickets. Patrons should line up one hour prior to on-sale.

Patrons with wristbands will be served first when tickets go on sale; patrons without wristbands will be served after the wristband holders have had the opportunity to purchase tickets.

Wristbands are available at the Boardwalk Hall Box Office and are valid only at Boardwalk Hall.

Any questions regarding the wristband policy should be referred to the Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall at (609) 348-7000.
